- No capacity fee on a 1G port; the full port can be used (speed is not metered).
- Minimum tier is 2 Gbit/s on a 10G port and 20 Gbit/s on a 100G port; intermediate values are rounded up to the next tier.
- At other POPs, capacity above 20 Gbit/s is provided subject to backbone capacity.
- Reseller sub-customer set-up fee (one-off): ₺5,600 (non-resident: €100).

The € tariff is not indexed; changes are announced 3 months in advance. The same procedure applies to an extraordinary update (see the extraordinary update paragraph below the TL tariff rule).
Tariff update rule (TL tariff)
- Benchmark: TÜİK Consumer Price Index (CPI, general index).
- Update dates: every year on 1 January and 1 July.
- Calculation: new amount = current amount × (new index ÷ previous index), then rounded according to the rounding rule below.
- For the 1 January update, the new index is the CPI of October of the previous year.
- For the 1 July update, the new index is the CPI of April of the same year.
- The previous index is the index used in the previous update. The starting index of this tariff is the September 2026 CPI.
- First update: 1 January 2027 (ratio: October 2026 ÷ September 2026).
- Announcement: new amounts are published on regpex.tr and notified to participants in writing on 1 December (January update) and 1 June (July update).
- Any other fee change to the participant's detriment is notified in writing at least 3 months in advance; the participant may terminate without penalty before it takes effect.
Extraordinary update. If operating costs (POP hosting and energy, transport between POPs, hardware, operating expenses) rise materially in a way the regular updates cannot absorb, the tariff may be updated without waiting for the regular dates. The new amounts are published and notified in writing at least 3 months before they take effect; until then the participant may terminate without penalty or reduce its capacity. This may be done at most once per calendar year, and the new amounts become the base for the next CPI update.
Rounding rule
The calculated TL amount is rounded to the nearest ₺100 below ₺10,000; to the nearest ₺500 between ₺10,000 and ₺100,000; and to the nearest ₺1,000 from ₺100,000 upwards. Each item (port, capacity) is rounded separately.
Incentives
Same criteria for new and existing participants.
- Equinix IL4 Istanbul: 12 months of 100G port + capacity free of charge.
- Telepoint Sofia and ODTÜ (METU) Ankara: 12 months with no port fee + capacity free up to 10 Gbit/s; above 10 Gbit/s only the difference is paid (tier capacity fee − 10 Gbit/s capacity fee).
- One incentive port per participant per POP, once. The period is 12 months from the date the agreement is signed.
- Condition — open peering: a BGP session announcing prefixes to at least one RegPEX route server in at least one address family, or accepting bilateral peering requests received by e-mail at the RegPEX peering address within 10 business days. If the condition is not met, 30 days' written notice is given; if remedied within that period the incentive continues; otherwise the standard tariff starts and the participant may leave without penalty within 30 days.
- Written notice is given at least 3 months before the free period ends; the participant may leave without penalty before the paid period begins. After 12 months the published standard tariff applies.
Peering Policy — information
- RegPEX route servers use AS199911; multilateral peering is done via the route servers, bilateral peering between members on the shared peering VLAN.
- The open-peering condition of the incentives is as described above: announcing prefixes to a route server or accepting bilateral peering requests within 10 business days (requests: peering@regpex.tr).

Terms (summary)
- Capacity: 12-month initial term, auto-renewing for 12-month terms; notice of termination/reduction 3 months before the end of the term. A reminder is sent 4 months before renewal. Early termination takes effect at the end of the term.
- Port: no minimum term; capacity cannot be cancelled within its term.
- Upgrades within 1 business day of the request at the latest; the difference is invoiced pro rata in the same quarter. Downgrades at the end of the term.
- Billing is in advance at the start of each calendar quarter (1 January / 1 April / 1 July / 1 October); the first period is pro rata.
- Cross-connect, cabinet and similar data-centre fees are not included; the party requesting the cross-connect pays the data centre.
- Free / unchanged: no installation fee · hobby membership free · temporary GRE connection free (max. 6 months, 1 Gbit/s) · additional MAC free · transit and private transport are prohibited.
- Effective: for everyone, the date the agreement is signed (Annex 5 cl. 11.1). For networks already connected today, the paid period starts on 1 April 2027 (Annex 5 cl. 11.2; incentive POPs excepted).
