1. Current tariffs
RegPEX pricing has two components: a port fee and a capacity fee based on the speed defined on the port. The Tariff Schedule and all amounts appear only on the Pricing page; this page states no amounts.
2. Binding text
The binding text for fees is the RegPEX Participation Agreement and Annex 5 (Fee Schedule). The Pricing page is a summary of that text; in case of conflict the signed agreement and Annex 5 prevail.
Summary of principles (details in Annex 5):
- Port and capacity fees are invoiced quarterly in advance, at the start of the calendar quarter.
- Capacity is committed in 12-month periods; termination and capacity reductions require at least 3 months' notice before the period ends.
- Announced incentives and the temporary GRE connection (free, maximum six months, maximum 1 Gbit/s) are governed by Annex 5.
- Fees do not depend on measured traffic.
3. Effective date
Annex 5 (Fee Schedule) takes effect for everyone (new participants and networks already connected today) on the date the agreement is signed; for networks already connected today, the paid period starts on 1 April 2027 (Annex 5 clauses 11.1 and 11.2; incentive POPs are excluded from this date).
4. Previous versions
Founder-member rates, the campaign exemption and percentile-based capacity fees in earlier versions are no longer valid.
