1. General Principles
RegPEX applies a traffic-based, measurement-driven transparent pricing model. Physical connection is provided via a minimum 10G port.
10G tiered pricing is designed to support small businesses. Members using a single 10G port benefit from low-cost entry at low traffic volumes; as traffic increases, tiered pricing applies. This model facilitates IX infrastructure access for operators in growth phase.
2. Port and Traffic Fees
2.1 10G Port (Single Port – Tiered Pricing)
Physical connection is provided via a minimum 10G port. For members using a single 10G port, traffic tiers apply based on 95th percentile measurement. This tiered structure supports small businesses with low entry costs to join the IX.

2.2 Multiple 10G Ports
For members requiring multiple 10G ports, tiered pricing does not apply. A fixed fee of €500/month per port applies. The following discount rates apply for ports after the first:

2.3 100G Port
For members connecting via 100G port, no tiered pricing applies. Fixed monthly fee:

2.4 Measurement and Billing
- Single 10G port: Traffic is measured using the 95th percentile method. Monthly invoice: Fixed port fee + traffic tier fee.
- Multiple 10G ports: No tiers apply. Monthly invoice: Per-port fee + discounts.
- 100G: No tiers apply. Monthly invoice: Fixed port fee.
- Measurement data can be tracked via the member portal.
3. Additional Services
3.1 Fee-Based Services

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Invoicing
- Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month.
- Invoices are delivered electronically.
4.2 Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (TL or EUR)
- Credit card (via member portal)
- Direct debit
4.3 Payment Terms and Late Fees

4.4 VAT and Tax
- All fees are quoted excluding VAT (20%).
- International members (outside jurisdiction): No VAT applies (reverse charge mechanism).
5. Port Changes
5.1 Upgrade (10G → 100G)
- Upgrade requests require at least 10 business days notice.
- New rates apply from the upgrade date.
5.2 Downgrade (100G → 10G)
- Downgrade requests require at least 30 days notice.
- Current rates apply until the end of the billing term.
5.3 Additional Location
- Additional ports at different POPs are charged separately.
- Port fees are invoiced per POP.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation requires at least 30 days written notice (e-mail acceptable).
- All fees accrued up to the cancellation date must be paid in full.
7. Price Changes
- Price changes require at least 90 days advance notice.
- Current term protected: Existing agreements remain at current prices until the end of the billing period.
- Annual increases are capped at CPI (Consumer Price Index) unless material cost increases justify otherwise.
